An unpaid request returns 402 with the price in the PAYMENT-REQUIRED header; retry with an x402 client.
A stale or empty index is refused with 503 before any payment is taken.

## Paid routes

- GET /v1/radar ($0.05): Call when you need open GitHub issues with a parsed USD bounty (Algora/$/USD in title or labels). Returns the 50 highest-reward matches from a continuously swept index; minUsd, q, and limit filter it, and available reports how many matched in full. Not a generic GitHub search clone.
  Example: /v1/radar?minUsd=25&q=docs&limit=10
- GET /v1/issue ($0.10): Call when you already have a GitHub bounty issue URL and need its body, labels, and comments. Required query url (github.com/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{n}). Not a generic scrape and not a pull-request reader.
  Example: /v1/issue?url=https://github.com/{owner}/{repo}/issues/{n}
- GET /v1/extract ($0.01): Call when you need the text of one public http(s) page. Required query url. SSRF-gated. Not a search engine and not a GitHub clone.
